Executive Coaching

I am a certified Executive Coach (Academy of Executive Coaching, 2021) trained through one of the few triple-accredited coaching programmes in the world. During my certification, I designed a coaching model that is uniquely mine—anchored in authenticity and built to create real, lasting change for my clients.

As an Executive Coach, I help leaders and professionals navigate growth, transition, and moments of uncertainty with clarity and confidence. My role is to create a space where you can think differently, challenge assumptions, and unlock new possibilities for yourself and your career.

Is coaching right for you?
You might benefit from coaching if you are:
  • Transitioning into a new organisation and want to set yourself up for success
  • Stepping into a new role or promotion and seeking clarity on how to lead effectively
  • Processing feedback that feels difficult or unclear
  • Exploring branching out or starting something new
  • Beginning a job search and needing structure and support
  • Experiencing imposter syndrome and want to strengthen your confidence
  • Relocating to a new geography (such as Kenya) and navigating a new professional culture
  • Moving from an individual contributor to a management role and learning how to lead others

What previous coachees have said

Wangari Stewart:
Roshni has been an exceptional career coach and mentor, especially during a pivotal time in my professional journey when I was holding an executive role. Her guidance went far beyond generic advice. She provided me with practical, tailored tools that I could apply directly in my role. Whether it was navigating complex team dynamics, dealing with challenging individuals, or learning how to empower and bring out the best in my team, Roshni’s support gave me both clarity and confidence.

She challenged me to think bigger about my career, to articulate my value clearly, and to show up more intentionally as a leader. Through our work together, I gained not just professional strategies, but a renewed belief in my own abilities. One of the most powerful things she helped me do was unpack and recognise my potential, something I hadn’t fully seen for myself.

Her ability to combine strategic thinking with deep emotional intelligence made a huge difference. Roshni helped me realise that the traits I already had, that is, resilience, vision, and adaptability. These traits were not just useful, but strong indicators of long-term success. That shift in perspective was transformative.

Thanks to her coaching, I eventually took a leap I had only imagined. I became a business owner. I can confidently say that her support and mentorship played a key role in helping me get there. I will always be grateful for the role she played in my growth and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone navigating leadership, transition, or personal development in their career.

Muthoni Gakwa:

I started my coaching journey with Roshni during one of the most vulnerable periods of my career. I had just transitioned from an industry where I felt like an expert to one where I felt like I barely knew anything. My confidence was low, and I had developed a paralysing relationship with failure; any perceived setback would leave me frozen, especially in high-stakes environments like board meetings.

The coaching was transformational. Roshni helped me settle into my strengths, gain perspective on what was actually going well, and collaborate more effectively with my team. She gave me tools to reframe failure as learning and rebuild my confidence.

I remember a pivotal moment several months into our work together. I told Roshni, "I feel like I've grown a lot, but I notice we're hiring external candidates for senior roles. I want to grow to the place where I can take on those positions myself." Roshni asked me hard questions that forced me to examine my own limitations and assumptions. She gave me practical tools and frameworks that didn't just boost my confidence; they fundamentally changed how I approach leadership.

The growth I've experienced in my career since then has been immense, and I can trace so much of it back to the foundation we built together in those coaching sessions.
